endless-summer-400x400Hydrangea Endless Summer

The Endless Summer® Collection consists of four beautiful re-blooming hydrangeas. The Original, the first of the hydrangea varieties in the collection, revolutionized the way gardeners were able to incorporate hydrangeas in their landscapes. It is still the hallmark of the shrub collection and with good reason. It was the first hydrangea discovered that blooms on the previous year’s woody stems and the new season’s growth. With The Original, you get an endless summer of possibilities and incredible color from spring through fall.

Whether you are looking for full foundation plantings, striking container gardens or beautiful cut flower hydrangea arrangements, The Original Endless Summer hydrangea is a hardy, disease-resistant and time-tested sensation.

limelight-hydrangeaHydrangea Limelight

This unique panicle hydrangea revolutionized landscaping across North America. Huge, football-shaped flowers open in an elegant celadon green that looks fresh and clean in summer’s heat. The blooms age to an array of pink, red, and burgundy which persists through frost for months of irresistible flowers. You can use ‘Limelight’ hydrangea just about any way you can imagine: as a showy flowering hedge, to screen off air conditioners, as an attention-getting specimen, in containers, flower gardens, or anywhere around your home. A long-time favorite of professional florists, it also makes an excellent cut flower, fresh or dried.

pinky-winkyHydrangea Pinky Winky

Huge two-toned blooms! Pinky Winky has an unusual name, and an even more unusual flower. The large white panicles open in mid to late summer, and as summer turns to fall the florets at the base of the panicles turn pink. The flower panicles continue to grow, producing new white florets at the tip. The result is spectacular two-toned flower panicles that can reach up to 16 inches in length! This is a real show-stopper that’s also very easy to grow. Adaptable to most soils and both sun and shade, Pinky Winky will thrive in most gardens.

strawberry-vanilla-hydrangeaHydrangea Vanilla Strawberry

Hydrangea ‘Strawberry Vanilla’ was introduced from France and has got to be one of the most eye catching hydrangeas in recent years. Being named “top plant” by the American Nursery and Landscape Association it wasy to see why! This easy to grow hydrangea will grow well in south facing positions which can sometimes be less forgiving for some shrubs and yet still seems to thrive in sunny positions all though it best to assume it prefers dappled shade to grow to it full potential. It is a large vigorous, deciduous shrub and will grow to around 6-7ft ft tall by around 4-5ft wide so ensure you plan for a large plant and allow plenty of growing room for it to mature. It will start to produce them show stopping flowers around the start of Summer and flowers appear from white pinkish buds and open into white flowers. The large white coned shaped flowers then start to turn pink before slowly turning a strawberry red color giving it the name Vanilla Strawberry.

hydrangea-quick-fireHydrangea Quick Fire

This is a wonderful dwarf form of the popular Quick Fire™ hydrangea. Like the original, it is early blooming, flowering about a month before other hydrangeas. White flowers transform to pink-red as summer progresses. Compact size fits easily into any landscape. Use it in a mixed border, or as a showy specimen or foundation plant. Its early bloom time will extend your garden’s hydrangea season.
