Directions: Slice the tomatoes in half and place in a shallow dish. Combine the butter with the oregano, garlic, pepper, salt and parmesan in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the cut side of each tomato. Broil the tomatoes under medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the topping turns golden-brown.

- 2 oz butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
