Directions;

Combine cream and mint in a small saucepan. Heat to near boiling. Remove from heat and let sit until cool. Strain, pressing all the cream out of the leaves. Discard leaves. In a small mixer bowl add sugar, vanilla, butter, cocoa and cream. Beat until frosting is creamy and of spreading consistency. Garnish with fresh mint.

  • 5 Tbsp light cream
  • 1/4 c fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 3 c confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c cocoa
