Garlic-Sauteed Swiss Chard

Directions:

Wash and trim swiss chard, separating the stems from the leaves. Slice stems into 1/2″ pieces and roughly chop leaves. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for several minutes until it begins to brown. Remove garlic and discard. Add chard stems to skillet, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Add chard
leaves and saute, stirring constantly until leaves wilt, about 1 minute. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
