Directions:

Combine parsley, coriander and garlic in food processor (blender), blend until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth with slight texture. Serve on pasta or vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c fresh coriander (cilantro)
  • 1/2 c fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
