Directions:

Finely chop garlic and jalapenos in a food processor. Add tomatillos and chop again. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-6 jalapenos, seeds removed
  • 1/2 c tomatillos, approx. 4 small
  • 2 1/2 c plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1 med onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 italian pepper, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
