Directions:
Finely chop garlic and jalapenos in a food processor. Add tomatillos and chop again. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or refrigerate.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-6 jalapenos, seeds removed
- 1/2 c tomatillos, approx. 4 small
- 2 1/2 c plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 med onion, finely diced
- 1/2 italian pepper, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp parsley, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
