Directions:

Boil the water. Pour a small amount into a teapot and swirl to warm the pot. Add 10 mint sprigs, green tea and sugar. Add remaining water. Allow to sit for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour mixture through a tea strainer. Garnish with remaining mint springs.
