Grill-baked Upside-Down Cakes

Directions:

Mound 1 1/2 tablespoons of the sugar and 1 tablespoon butter on each sheet of foil.Top with a pineapple ring, a maraschino cherry and an upside-down shortcake shell. Form a packet. Grill sugar-side down over medium-high heat, 12 minutes.

  • 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 4 maraschino cherries
  • 4 small shortcakes
  • 4 small sheets of foil
