Directions:
Combine the salsa ingredients at least several hours or as long as 2 days before serving; cover and refrigerate. Excellent with tortilla chips or as a topping for salmon or chicken breast.

- 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple (1/2 medium pineapple)
- 1 ½ cups peeled, chopped, fresh mango (1 medium mango)
- ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1½ tablespoons minced fresh pineapple mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
