Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


Preheat oven to 300°F. Clean strings and pulp off the seeds. Place seeds into a bowl with oil or melted butter and mix to coat. Sprinkle seeds with seasoning of your choice. Spread seeds in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden grown, stirring occasionally, approximately 30 minutes.

  • 2 tsp melted butter or oil
  • Salt, garlic powder or seasoning salt
