Roma Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Directions:

Combine tomatoes and onion in bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients in a jar with lid; shake well. Pour over tomatoes, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with basil and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 6 roma or plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c sliced red onion (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
