Fresh Watermelon Salsa

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour. Serve with grilled chicken or tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

• 3 c watermelon, seeded and diced
• 1/4 c onion, minced
• 1/3 c cilantro, chopped
• 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
• 1/4 c lime juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
