Grilled Zucchini Squash


Preheat grill. Brush zucchini with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of zucchini with herbs and spices. Grill until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes per side.


  • 3 large green or yellow zucchini, cut into 1/2″ thick planks
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper
