Directions:

Add Fruit, lemon juice, half of orange juice and half of ice to blender the process until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and blend to desired consistency. Also good with plain or vanilla yogurt or soy protein mix blended in.

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 handfuls of ice
