Italian Parsley Mushroom Sauté


Combine oil, garlic and parsley in a skillet. Sauté on medium heat until golden brown. Add mushrooms and all remaining ingredients. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring often. A delicious side-dish or garnish on beef or on burgers.


  • 1/2 c fresh Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 oz Marsala wine
