In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use as a rub for meat and poultry.
- 1/4 c lemon zest, grated (about 2 lemons)
- 2 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1/4 c garlic, minced
- 1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 c olive oil
