Directions:

In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Use as a rub for meat and poultry.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c lemon zest, grated (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/4 c garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 c olive oil
