Mint Marinade

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Useful marinade for beef, pork or lamb.

Ingredients:

• 1/3 c molasses
• 1/4 c minced fresh spearmint
• 1 Tbsp gingerroot; peeled & grated
• 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
• 3 Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 2 Tbsp water
• 2 minced cloves garlic
