Cut all the eggs in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a large bowl, reserving the egg whites for
later. Add the mayonnaise, curry powder, turmeric and hot sauce.
Mix the yolks & seasonings to a smooth creamy paste. Fill each egg white half with yolk mixture.
Tip: place the mix in a plastic baggie and
snip the corner off to easily squeeze the mix into the whites.
- 1 dozen peeled, hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 3 oz. Sweet and Spicy Tabasco or other hot sauce
- 2 tsp. turmeric
