Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour over cooked noodles. Add nuts, vegetables, or diced fish, chicken or beef for variety.

- 1/2 lime, squeeze for juice
- 1 small red chili pepper, remove seeds
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 package of fresh udon noodles
