Baked Acorn Squash

Directions: Cut squash in half, scrape out seeds. Put brown sugar, butter and salt in the hollow where the seeds were. Place in a covered baking dish. Pour 1/4″ water in bottom of dish. Directions: Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a rapid boil, and then cool completely. Cut cucumbers to desired size and pack into jars. Add 2 cloves garlic to each jar. Add dill to taste.
