Tomatillo Salsa

Directions: Place tomatillos in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Simmer until tomatillos soften, about 10 minutes. Tarragon Dressing

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a small jar with tight lid. Shake well, then refrigerate for several hours. To serve, shake dressing well, pour over salad and toss lightly.
